Total Foam Specialists was founded in 2019 by Isaiah Holbrook — a Shawano-based contractor tired of watching homeowners get burned by cheap, off-ratio foam jobs. Every project since has been done on his standard, with his name on it.

Isaiah Holbrook founded Total Foam Specialists in 2019 after years of seeing the same thing on job sites across Northeast Wisconsin — off-ratio foam, half-sealed cavities, and homeowners stuck paying twice to fix what should have been done right the first time.
So he built a company around a simple idea: every job gets the owner's attention, every mix is calibrated on-ratio, and every site gets left cleaner than we found it. No crews running unsupervised. No corners cut to hit a number.
Six years later, 25 five-star reviews and a growing list of repeat customers across Shawano, Green Bay, Appleton, and the rest of Northeast Wisconsin tell us we're on the right track.

Isaiah Holbrook is the founder, owner, and lead applicator of Total Foam Specialists. He shows up to every estimate, runs the spray gun on every job, and personally signs off on every walk-through. When you hire Total Foam, you're hiring him — not a crew you've never met.
Isaiah trained on Profoam-supplied equipment and owns his rig outright. That matters, because spray foam only works when it's applied on-ratio — and off-ratio foam can fail structurally and cost a fortune to rip out. Owning the equipment means the calibration is his responsibility, and he treats it that way.
He answers the phone. He replies to every Google review himself. He lives in Shawano, works across Northeast Wisconsin, and plans to keep the company small enough that he can personally vouch for every job that goes out the door.
